Patrick J. Kelly Drums, Inc. provides, when possible, a 55 gallon Open Head Steel Drum that has been reconditioned for reuse at a reduced cost from the units purchased new. These drums are cleaned, blasted, re-painted and available both UN Rated and Non-UN Rated (or Rule 40). Each UN Rated drum is pressure tested to ensure the Open Head Steel Drum will not leak and continues to meet UN standards.
